• The Service operates on a chunk-based pricing model
• Chunks are consumed based on video file size and processing requirements
• All payments are processed securely through our payment provider
• Purchased chunks do not expire
• Refunds are provided only in accordance with our refund policy

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload or process any content that violates any law or third-party rights
• Upload malicious files or content intended to harm the Service or other users
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service

• Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Unused chunks are non-refundable upon account termination for Terms violations

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
