At SilentCut.io, we are committed to providing reliable video processing services. This refund policy outlines the limited circumstances under which refunds may be issued.

Our Commitment

We stand behind our service quality. If you're not satisfied, we want to make it right. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.

First Purchase Protection

7-Day Guarantee: For your first purchase only, you may request a refund within 7 days if:

  • You haven't used any chunks yet - Full refund
  • You've used some chunks - Refund for unused chunks only

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available in these specific situations:

  • System-Wide Failure: Complete inability to access our service for 96+ consecutive hours (not individual video errors).
  • Persistent Technical Issues: When a specific video fails processing, is retried by our system, fails again, and we cannot resolve it within 96 hours of your report.
  • Duplicate Charges: Accidental multiple charges for the same transaction.
  • First Purchase (7 days): As described above.

Important: Individual processing errors that can be resolved by reprocessing do not qualify for refunds. Only persistent, unresolvable issues after multiple attempts qualify.

Refund Calculation

When eligible for a refund:

  • Persistent technical failure on specific video: Refund for chunks used on that video + all unused chunks (within 30 days)
  • System-wide failure (96+ hours): Full refund for recent purchases + all unused chunks
  • Service discontinuation: Full refund for all unused chunks

Note: Refunds are calculated based on the price you paid. Subsequent purchases after your first are only eligible for technical failure refunds, not satisfaction-based refunds.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Successfully processed videos
  • Chunks used more than 30 days ago
  • Bonus or promotional chunks
  • Any purchase after your first (except for technical failures)
  • Temporary errors that are resolved through reprocessing
  • Processing results that match service specifications

Service Guarantee

While we maintain strict refund policies, we guarantee:

  • Your chunks never expire and remain available for future use
  • Consistent service quality and processing accuracy
  • Technical support for any processing issues
  • Re-processing at no additional cost if technical errors occur on our end

Refund Request Process

For eligible refund scenarios:

  1. Contact support@silentcut.io within 14 days of the issue
  2. Provide transaction ID and detailed explanation
  3. Allow 5-7 business days for review
  4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days
